Meet Jazzi
“With over a decade of experience in teaching Pilates and movement, I am a Fully Comprehensive and Master Matwork teacher certified by the prestigious Body Control Pilates. I also hold additional qualifications for working with Specialist Populations, Lower Back Pain, Bone Health, Hypermobility and Pilates for Golfers. I discovered Pilates at the age of 12 as a young dancer and have benefited from it's physical and mental strength throughout my professional dance career, adulthood and motherhood. I am also part of the education team at Body Control Pilates HQ in London where I tutor Pilates students and guide them through their own teaching journey”
