Our boutique studio features eight reformers, creating a spacious, relaxed environment where every class feels personal rather than overcrowded. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have years of experience, each session is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and abilities. With hands-on guidance and personal corrections throughout every class, you'll enjoy expert teaching designed to help you move safely, build strength, improve posture, and build confidence.
We offer weekly Reformer and Matwork Pilates classes, alongside Private/Duet tuition in the afternoons and evenings for those looking for a more personalised approach. Our classes are suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, making Pilates accessible to everyone.
Pilates is also an excellent way to complement other sports, particularly Golf and Padel.
